A rare and unique trio of E. J. Churchill 12-bore boxlock ejectors
An opportunity to own a trio of guns like these comes along once in a lifetime. This set of guns were made in 1905 for Vincent Cartright Vickers (1879-1939), son of the founder of Vickers Aerospace (although at the time the company was known as Vickers Armstong and knows for manufacture of armaments). Vincent Vickers' was renouned for his love of fishing and shooting (it was included in his Who's Who listing). The guns are in stunning condition retaining full colour case hardening and good all round measurements. The barrels are engraved "E. J. Churchill Gun and Rifle Manufacturer, 8 Agar Street, London WC". The gun is supplied with full Churchill accessories in a their finest presentation triple motor case. Everything about this sale demands to be seen in person - pictures cannot and do not do it justice. This is an outstanding opportunity to buy into a piece of shotgun history.
